But when the courses are online, that raises a lot of questions too. Are institutions like community colleges offering degrees entirely online -- or are ANY reputable institutions? Is that a need that could and should be met by nonprofits or public institutions, or is an online nursing degree inherently problematic or substandard?carolinenoreply@blogger.com
