Baltimore City schools get a promotion.

I do not really understand the Huffington Post. They fired a blogger for ethical reasons, but they pass off what looks like a press release—Baltimore City schools improved, but “the best schools of the state”? Hardly.—as an article. I understand that once you are authorized, you can post freely, but who posts this sort of thing and do they require bylines?
